Lisa, 20/20+30 does not make an item perfect. What makes an item perfect is the base damage and inherent modifier (in your case 6-28 and 15^50, your axe is already perfect). If you add the mods to it, it might sell faster but you'll only boost it's value at the most by the cost of the two mods themselves, and more likely you'll lose money as most won't be prepared to pay you the full value of the axe + the components.
